Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened alternative milk (more to thin)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 10-15 dill pickle chips (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp date sugar (or 1-2 pitted dates)
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1-3 radishes, finely chopped
