  • 1 cup pure maple syrup, Grade A Dark Amber
  • 2 cups chocolate soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 (16 ounce) packagesof water-packed silken tofu or 3 (12 1/3 ounce) aseptic boxes firm silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 18 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 3 -10 tablespoons chocolate soymilk, if needed
