  • 1 large Banana
  • ½ cup of Flour
  • ¼ cup of roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup of Vegetable milk
  • ½ cup of dried Coconut
  • 2 tbsp of Honey
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp of Coconut Oil


    1. Start by mashing the banana with a fork and mixing all the ingredients except the flour and coconut oil

    2. Mix the ingredients, leave out the flour and coconut oil

    3. Sift the flour and mix all together until combined

    4. Grease the pan with the coconut oil and cook it in small batches, for 3-5 minutes each side on medium heat.

    Start serving !
