It was basically by luck that I stumbled across accidentally vegan refrigerated biscuit mix, but because I don't like to rely on those types of things I decided to try a dinner version of monkey bread with my own dough mix
Now, I’ve used the Inspiralized bun as the bottom of the “casserole” and have topped it with marshmallows, popped it in the oven and broiled it for two minutes to get that brownish golden melted goodness on the tops of the marshmallows
Vegans do not eat any animal products - besides avoiding meat, fish and poultry,(that includes broth made from turkey, chicken or beef), they don't use milk, eggs, cheese, butter and honey (although some vegans eat honey so make sure to check)

If you plan to ship the marshmallows, or they will not be eaten for a few days, you may want to use a chocolate candy melt product, such as Merckens brand (available from several shops on-line, including Shop Bakers Nook)
In the meantime prepare the chocolate topping by following the directions in this DIY Vegan Magic Shell Recipe (except, as per the ingredients above, you’re only making half of that recipe for this cake)
I’m not sure why, but I just knew that my pudding would taste delicious as a frosting on this cake, and it is — it’s all soft and gooey in all the right ways, and it absorbs into cake in the center quite nicely if you layer your cake
