  • 11 8- oz. package button or cremini mushrooms, trimmed and chopped
  • 11 onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 13 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 13 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 12 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato paste
  • 11 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 11 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 11 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 11 lb. dry whole grain spaghetti
  • 16 cups oil-free marinara sauce
