Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Basmati Rice
  • 3 Nos of Bay
  • 1 Tsp of Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Vegetables ( Carrots, Beans, Sweet Corn, Green Peas), defrosted
  • 2 Medium Onions sliced thin
  • 3 Medium sized Tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp of Clove Cinnamon Cardamom Powder Mix ( C3 mix)
  • Coriander Leaves + Mint Leaves for garnish
