  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp briyani masala ( can replace with garam masala)
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 potato
  • 4-5 chopped French beans
  • To temper 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cardamom
