Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • one medium onion chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder (more or less to taste)
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels (I used frozen)
  • 3 cups cooked kidney beans (I used a 13.4 oz box)
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 4 cups shredded fresh spinach
