  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut
  • 2 nos Chillies (chopped)
  • 1 no Onion (chopped)
  • 1 no Carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 no Zucchini (grated)
  • Water, as required

  • Soya Meat Curry/ Soya Nuggets Curry
  • 1 cup Soya nuggets
  • 1 no Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
