  • 2 ears of corn, boiled and lightly grilled
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Instructions
  • Boil your corn for about 5 minutes and remove from cob. Set aside. Lightly grill your red onion, tomato, and Boar’s Head Smoke
