Ingredients

  • 6-8 Baby carrots
  • 1 Big onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 green chilies , finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dhania Powder/ Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder/ Cumin powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 Green chilies , chopped fine
  • 1 Tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2-3 Tablespoons chopped Dania / Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Semolina or bread crumbs for dusting
  • Salt as required
  • 2 Tablespoons oil for shallow fry
  • 1 Cup whisked Curd/ Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar (adjust according to how sweet you want)
  • 1 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour + little extra for dusting
