Ingredients

  • 120 g soften butter
  • 180 g cake flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder (sifted)
  • 84 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp concentrated vanilla extract
  • 120 g pumpkin puree (steamed, and slightly mashed. some chunks of pumpkin flesh is ok)
  • pumpkin
  • 90 g sugar
  • 240 g water
  • 170 degrees C for 45 mins
  • 15 mins before unmoulding to cool completely
