Serve over rice (or cauliflower rice) and maybe green beans garnish as you please. I served this with my Spicy Garlic & Ginger Green Beans & my Garlic & Ginger Cauliflower Rice – both seen below
You can even prepare this marinade the night before and let your chicken marinate in the fridge overnight and until you get home from work the next day

Not so different from the western-style rice pudding, but this one has the orange water and mastic gum for flavor and is finished with a creamy layer of orange pudding topped with pistachio
Put lentils, brown and wild riceand veggie broth in a covered pan. Get it boiling on a higher heat and then turn down to low and cook until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed, but the result is still somewhat wet and mushy, not dry
The milk will be even darker, and the pudding will start to look more like rice than milk. Stir a couple of times and put the pan in the oven, uncovered
Also you can reduce the amount of ghee or increase it even more for a much more richer pongal. Rice is cooked with moong dal, milk and jaggery and flavored with cardamom andghee, a very tasty and rich sweet or dessert
As I was making the dish, I kept thinking about the spice level because there is chili powder and chili paste, but it turned out to be the perfect amount of spice, even for the most spice sensitive person
