  • Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ cups milk, room temperature
  • 1 Kg plain flour
  • 5 Tbsp (75 g) shortening
  • 6 Tbsp (90 g) butter
  • 1 ¾ tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp (100 g) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Kg cooked ham, minced
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • 30 olives, medium size and minced
