  • 3 medium sized onions - sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies - finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder - optional
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 8-10 tbsp besan (gram flour / kadalai maavu)
  • 2-3 tbsp water
