Today's recipe is Vendakkai PuliKuzhambu. This is kuzhambu is made with coconut. Using the same method, you can make variations by adding drumstick (murungakkai) for murungakkai pulikuzhambu, chickpeas (kondakadalai) for kondakadalai kuzhambu or just garlic for poondu kuzhambu, fish for meen kuzhambu and egg for egg kuzhambu or any other veggie of your choice too
Eating this with puli inji cuts the richness from the kuzhambu and makes it a perfect a combination. In that series, this is my last combo for the week Sodhi with puli inji
I make Puli kuzambu without adding any coconut and using MIL’s Puli kulambu powder. Apart from that this is one version which I make it on alternate weekends
This Kuzhambu thool can be used to prepare Vathal kuzhambu, Pulikuzhambu or any Non-veg kuzhambu, you can also add this to gravy made with coconut, kormas etc
