Vermicelli Nugget Wok Fried Recipe

  • Boiled vermicelli: 250 grams
  • Boiled soya nuggets (medium-sized): 1 cup
  • Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  • Chopped spring onion: 3 tablespoons
  • Grated carrot: 2 tablespoons
  • Diced red bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
  • Diced yellow bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste


    Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic. Saute it for a minute
    Add red and yellow bell peppers, carrot and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mixture
    Now add spring onion, boiled vermicelli and soya nuggets. Mix it properly and season with salt.
