Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups vermicelli/seviyan- I used roasted Vermicelli
  • 3 cups milk ( Add more milk if you like a thinner consistency)
  • 6 tbsp sugar ( Add more if you like)
  • 4 tbsp ghee/clarified butter
  • Few Strands of Saffron
  • 4-5 green cardamom pods
  • 3 cloves Dry fruits- as you like ( I added slivered Almonds and Pistachios)
