Ingredients

  • 180 g silken tofu
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 40 ml water
  • 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted, plus extra for dusting
  • 20 ml hot water
  • 30 g egg yolks (about 1 1/2 medium eggs)
  • 30 g sugar, separated
  • 25 ml oil
  • 15 ml milk
  • 37 g cake flour, sifted
  • 60 g egg whites (about 1 1/2 medium eggs)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup rice krispies
