  • 4-5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 3. 5 shallots
  • 5 white parts
  • 4. 5-6 tbsp of
  • fish sauce
  • 5. 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 6. 1 tbsp of
  • 1 tbsp of
  • regular soy sauce
  • 7. 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 8. 1 tbsp of honey
  • 9. 1 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 10. 2 tbsp of
  • 11. 1 tsp of five spice powder
  • 1 tsp of
  • mushroom seasoning
  • and ground black pepper
