  • Peanut Sauce
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1-2 tsp hot sauce (I use sriracha)
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 carrots, shredded or cut into matchsticks (I use precut
  • matchstick carrots)
