1 ½ cups (600 grams) sweetened condensed milk
Icecream with coffee and Sweete stevia. Then add the cream and mix well. - 500ml heavy cream. - 2 tbs Instant coffee. Place the 100 ml cream with the coffee in a bowl and leave for about 10 minutes aside. Place the remaining 400 ml of the cream in the bowl of a mixer and add to 100 ml with coffee (if not dissolve the coffee passed through a small sieve) and beat until clot. Beat yolks with Sweete stevia and vanilla until they become as thick cream for about 4 minutes and carefully pour the chocolate. Adapted from Anna Maria’s Food Factory 500ml heavy cream. 100 ml cream
