Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced into cubes
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 15 oz can chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini (or store-bought hummus)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
