  • 8 crepes Ingredients ⅔ cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1 cup a2 Milk™
  • 1 pinch salt 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil 3 granny smith apples, peeled and diced ⅓ cup light brown sugar ½ tsp cinnamon pinch salt 1 tbsp water (more or less, if you don't want it very syrupy) Instructions Combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt and oil in a blender and blend until evenly mixed. Head a medium-sized skillet and grease liberally with cooking spray. Pour about ¼ cup of crepe batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. Cook until the top of the crepe is dry and then flip once, until golden. To make the apple cinnamon filling, fill a bowl with the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water (optional). Mix well and then cook in the microwave for one minute, adding time if the apples are still too crunchy. Spoon the apple filling in a line on the crepe and then roll the crepe around the filling.
