Ingredients

  • 1 block of tofu (I use two, but they’re smaller than average)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red or orange pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 oz cremini mushrooms
  • ½ tbsp (or more!!) turmeric
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 or
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 red potatoes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
