Ingredients

  • 500 gms Whole Wheat Bread Flour
  • 7 gms
  • / 1.5 tsp In
  • 175 ml warm water
  • 175 ml warm milk
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 minutes I used my food processor to make the dough.
  • 220 C for
  • minutes
  • baked
  • 200 C for
  • 22 minutes and reduced the temperature to
  • 180 C and baked for another
