Two of the most popular recipes that I’ve posted are my traditional Lasagna Roll Ups and the Caprese Lasgana Roll Ups, both of which are covered with a tomato sauce
Add a layer of lasagna noodles, slightly overlapping, and top with about a third of ricotta mixture, a third of tomatoes, a third of the basil, a third of the cooked chicken, another layer of sauce, and a third of mozzarella
Spread about ¼ cup of chicken mixture onto each of the lasagna noodles. Lay cooked lasagna noodles out in a single layer on a clean work surface ( for easy clean up use a baking sheet)
Chicken & Artichoke Lasagna in Creamy White Sauce. cooked chicken, shredded. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions, just BARELY to al dente
Layer pasta, chicken, sauce, and cheese into dish. Remove lasagna from oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs on lasagna, return to oven and brown the bread crumbs for 5 minutes
Cook chicken all the way through. Add diced chicken breasts and season to taste -- I use 1/2 teaspoon of Paula Deen's house seasoning. 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, diced. 18 ounces frozen white corn. 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
