Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats, processed finely
  • 1/2 cup Self-Raising Flour
  • 2 t Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1/2 stick {100g} Butter, melted
  • 1 can {397g} Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup Golden or Treacle Syrup
  • 2 TB Butter, cubed
  • 90 g each} White Chocolate - good quality, not baking chocolate
  • 2 t Vegetable Oil {I used Sunflower Oil}
