It's hands-on, but no-bake {which I LOVE}Chocolate & Peanut Butter Dipped Rice Krispy Easter Eggs{Makes About 40 Eggs}What You'll Need4 TBSP {1/2 stick} unsalted butter4 Cups Mini Marshmallows7 Cups RiceKrispies Cereal 1/2 (11 oz. ) Package Milk Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate ChipsNon-Stick Cooking Spray {I used butter flavored}Decorations, SprinklesPlastic Easter Eggs3 Egg Cartons* {not absolutely necessary, but will make your life easier} How to Make ItIn a large pot over medium heat, melt butterAdd marshmallows, stir until meltedRemove from heat, stir in cereal. Spray insides of plastic eggs with cooking spray {spray hands as well} Press cereal into eggs & close for 10 minutes Remove eggs from plastic and place in egg carton to decorate Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in microwave or double-boiler per package instructions {I microwaved mine for 60 seconds on high, stirred, then microwaved for 30 seconds more} Dip bottoms of eggs into chocolate and/or chocolate peanut butter, decorate & set upside down until chocolate dries I have been trying to keep Jeremiah away from these
