Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar sugar
  • Heaping teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 egg 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract (I used a "vanilla, butter & nut" flavor)
  • 3/4 cup homemade pumpkin puree
  • Splash of milk (2 - 3 tablespoon?)
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
