Ingredients

  • 2 dates before my run Breakfast: 8:00am
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Just feeling the veggies, you know?
  •  
  • Big ol' bowl of roasted potato, white sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, swede and beetroot, roasted with olive oil, cumin, oregano and basil for 45 mins at 180 degrees celsius served with some grilled tempeh and spinach
