  • 1 cup of red wine 4 egg whites (Large eggs. Room temperature) 5 oz of sugar (for syrup) 0.7 oz of sugar (for meringue) Ground Cinnamon Optional to garnish: Roasted Pecans. (Roast at 350°F in the oven spread in a baking sheet for 7-8 minutes. Let cool and process in a food processor) Instructions
