  • 11 sprig thyme
  • 11 cup unsweetened, unflavored plant-based milk
  • 11 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 11 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 11 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1¼ cup roasted chestnuts, chopped
