  • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup milk (105 to 110°F)
  • ½ cup apple cider (105 to 110°F)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3¼ cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature

  • For the Icing
  • 1½ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 1 Tb apple cider
