Ingredients

  • 5 whole cloves
  • 3 inch stick of cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tps of
  • shallot paste
  • 2 1/3 cups of thinly sliced onions
  • 16 fresh or frozen curry leaves
  • 4 dried red chilies
  • 1/4 cups dried or
  • 1/2 cups peeled chopped tomatoes
  • 2 1/4 lbs of lamb
  • 5 minutes
  • 3 1/2 cups of water
