In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. ◾1/2 teaspoon baking powder. ◾1 teaspoon baking soda. Grease and flour an 8×4″ or 9×5″ loaf pan (I’ve tried it in both size pans, and an 8×4″ loaf pan makes a nicer-looking, fuller loaf but you need to add about 10 more minutes to your baking time)
