YEASTED CHOCOLATE BROWNIES (EGGLESS)

1+3/4 C brown sugar. 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa. 1 C mashed banana. 1+1/2 C warm milk. 1/2 C melted butter. 1/4 C canola oil. 1/2 C chocolate chip. 1/2 tsp salt. 1+1/2 tsp instant yeast. Grease 9 x 13 in baking pan, combine milk and yeast in a small bowl. Just 10 minutes before baking, preheat the oven @ 175 C. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
