Basmati rice / Long grain rice - 2 cupsOnion - 3 ( medium, sliced lengthwise)Tomato - 1 (medium, chopped)Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp  Green chilies - 4 (slit, lengthwise) or to tastePotatoes -  2 ( medium, cut into large pieces)Frozen/ fresh peas - 1/2 cupCarrots - 1/2 cup ( cut into large pieces)Green beans - 1/2 cup (cut into long pieces)Cauliflower - 1 cup ( cut into big florets)Paneer - 1. 2 cup (cut into large pieces ) optionalMint & cilantro - 1 1/2 cup,mincedYogurt - 3/4 cupSaffron or orange food color - 4 ~ 5 drops Masala powderTurmeric powder - 1/4tspRed chili powder - 2 tsp or to tasteCoriander powder -1 tsp or to tasteSalt - to tasteFor Seasoning.
