I always have a water bottle for my Advocare pre workout and a shaker bottle for protein after. I usually have between three and five egg whites, half a cup of oatmeal and maybe some fruit
Have any of you used AdvoCare. Today I am on Day 3 of the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and I feel good. B (age 3) has asked to try the kale chips, roasted butternut squash and whole grain oatmeal that I have made for myself. Breakfast- 1/2 cup Whole Grain Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries (no sugar).
