If you’re in a pinch and don’t have time to make the batter, you can use a mix- BettyCrocker makes a container that you just add a little water to and shake and pour
Spray a very small baking dish, either 8" x 4" for thick fudge or 8" x 8" for thinner fudge. 1 (20 1/2 ounce) box low-fat brownie mix (BettyCrocker makes a good one)
1 brownie box mix of your choice (I used a BettyCrocker supreme fudge brownie mix). Bake the brownies for about 35 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees or until almost fully baked. OR if you have a food torch, you can bake the brownies for about 38 minutes and then torch the marshmallows until they are toasty
I say “almost homemade” because my recipe calls for one box of store-bought brownie mix (I used a box of BettyCrockerfudge brownie mix) and one container of store-bought vanilla icing
BettyCrocker Super Moist Cake Mix – Chocolate Fudge. If you’d like to make the cake & brownies from scratch you can view my Chocolate Cake Recipe I used for my Hostess Inspired Cake here and use your favorite fudgey brownie recipe
