Yesterday was Zach’s actual birthday and all the food from his birthday dinner on Sunday was gone so I made him another pastasalad which was just as good if not better than the first one
I recently found Garfalo pasta at Costco and instantly could taste the quality. This easy Italian pastasalad is quick to throw together and will be gobbled up at any family function… including dinnertime tonight
Metal pans – I buy my from either the Dollar Store, Costco or Sams. On the menu was pasta with sauce, meatballs, garlic bread, cupcakes along with my fruit salad
Felt like we also needed some greens with dinner so using a Kale Salad mix I buy at Costco which is made up of kale, broccoli, brussels sprouts and radicchio I added some crumbled feta cheese, chopped mango and tomatoes
The lump crabmeat I prefer to use is the Phillips brand, which can be found at Costco. I hadn’t until I enjoyed it in a wonderful cold pastasalad that my cousin, Michelle, made for a family gathering
Costco is one of my favorite places to go grocery shopping- hello deals. We’ve enjoyed them as an easy protein addition in chopped salads as well as on a simple bun during a BBQ
I buy it at Costco. Think of it like a pastasalad meets a guacamole and they decide to hang out together… It’s refreshing because of the addition of the spearmint leaves
Costco sells a Balela salad in the dip section of their store. (Not the first time we have switched to a homemade version of a Costco favorite – Jalapeno Artichoke Dip)
