As I mentioned in a previous post my refrigerator is always stocked with fresh produce and our cupboards always have an assortment of ingredients to use in the salad or as dressings
Using your clean/gloved hands, massage and mix the avocado dressing into the greens. This is also a great base salad to add other salad ingredients to such as green or red onions, julienne carrots, sliced radishes, mandarin oranges, diced tomatoes, dried fruit, raw nuts, etc

I missed my Kale Salad and made some tossed with a Balsamic Vinegar, Chopped Walnut, Olive Juice and Red Onion Dressing and served it with Spicy Baked Sweet Potatoes and Creamy Carrot Red Lentil Soup
I topped it with Sesame Tahini dressing and raw Red Onions. Thinking about Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s recommendation to eat G-BOMBS – Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries, Seeds, I challenged myself to make a new breakfast dish that contained all those ingredients
