Tender, soft, and sweet cinnamon rolls… these basically taste like the famous mall food court treat of my childhood, but they are homemade and actually, pretty easy

Inipit Pandan and Rice Crispies Polvoron (Filipino Shortbread). It is a dessert made from two layers of chiffon cake with sweet and creamy fillings pressed in between
This is one of my all-time favourite hot Filipino snack. coconut cream (optional). And lastly, I think I prefer to use the glutinous rice flour rather than soaking the malagkit overnight then grinding it then straining it in a cheese cloth
Filipino Spring Rolls (Lumpia). Creamy Coconut Shrimp. use a nightshade-free sauce (making AIP subs as needed), omit the sausage, cheese, and pepperoni
Paciencia (Filipino Meringue Cookies). Macarons with Vanilla CreamCheese. I topped the hot chocolate with some whipped cream (you can also use marshmallow creme) and crushed candy canes
Of course now they added their famous Chicken Joy, Sweet Filipino Spaghetti, Palabok, and Halo Halo, to their products, but most importantly, they have Peach Mango Pie
