As Gujarati cuisine has a rich variety of recipes, I expect the author to come out with second part of this book and feature more traditional Gujarati recipes like Ubadiyu, Lilva, Kachariyu, Khichu, Adadiyu, Dakor Gota, Methi na Khakra, Handvo, Sambhariya, Lachko, Vagharela Bhaat, Surti Ghari, Sev tameta nu shaak, Osaman, Ringan no ollo, Theplas etc
Mix it with roasted rice flakes (mamra) and make another savory snack, use it in bhel or other chaat recipes or make this famous Gujarati recipe Sev Tameta nu Shaak (a side dish for rotis made from sev and tomatoes with spices)
Karela batata nu shaak or Bitter Gourd Potato Curry. Now there are so many combinations of stuffed okra, what appealed to me about the recipe is the simple list of ingredients and how well balanced they are to create a harmony in your mouth
