Pour about ⅓ can of enchiladasauce in the pan, and swirl to cover the bottom. I don’t have exact instructions, but just do something like layer sauce, tortillas, beans, cheese, beef, more tortillas, more sauce, more cheese

Grab a tortilla and fill it with 1/4 Cup of the chicken and about 1 tb (or more) or the shredded cheese. Continue until the pan is fullCover with the reserved sauce and shredded cheeseBake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is bubblyGarnish with the onions, cilantro and tomatoEnjoy. 1/2 Red Onion
