As I started getting the ingredients ready for the meatloaf, I thought that that new HiddenValleyRanch Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing would make this meatloaf taste so good
In a large bowl mix the meats, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and 1/2 of the ranch seasoning together add the duxelle with corn to the meat mixture and mix with clean hands. 1 ounce HiddenValley Original Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix, divided in half for meat and glaze
Allow loaf to 'rest' on counter at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving with HiddenValleyRanch roasted red potatoes, wilted baby spinach & honey glazed baby carrots (or your favorite sides). 1 (1 ounce) packet HiddenValley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
Add worcestershire sauce and ranch dressing to egg & milk, mix well. Keep in mind that the ranch dressing is salty and you may want to leave the additional salt out
