It's for a Hot Corn Dip that I found in Trisha Yearwoods second cookbook Home Cooking. I have been dying to make this dip ever since I bought Trisha's Cookbook back in April
This Skinny Corn Dip is every bit as gooey, creamy, and addictive as the full-on, full fat Hot Corn Dip, but seriously knocked down in the calorie count department
I didn't add the pickled Jalapeno's because I didn't want it to be hot, but it has so much flavor. This is the other dip I made for Christmas Eve this year
I think this dip would be amazing hot too, but I don't want to have to keep it warm (even though I could bring a mini crockpot), so I may have to make this again next month for book club and eat it hot there
