For this pizza, I opted to layer the veggies first and then top it with cheese and then add a few veggies like tomato and onions on top but that's just how I like it
I also like touseKetchup for sauce which is European style [not as weird as you might think]. It’s a great way touseleftover veggies and meat cuts from the refrigerator
If your naanbread is fresh, then use it as it is, if it's one of those long life packed ones where you are toldto reheat it before serving, still do this
