Line jellyrollpan with whole graham crackers. Melt the brown sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently
These bars are moist and chewy and cakey all at the same time. Mix all ingredients together using half of the pecans and pour into a greased jellyrollpan or a 9x13 pan and sprinkle remaining half (pecans) on top and bake for 20-25 mins at 350˚
The bars baked in the other dish came out cake thickness, and these are slightly thicker than I perceive pumpkin bars to be, so in the recipe that follows, I call for a half sheet pan
Put dough in the bottom of the jellyrollpan. Roll out remainder of dough. I’m not a big crust maker but this one is forgiving just smash it into the pan and it will be fine
