As the name “ Kala “ implies black inHindi. There are two varieties available…one is called Gulab Jamun ( which is light brownish in color) & the second one is KalaJamun ( that are dark brown / blackish in color )
"Kala" inhindi means "black". So I thought of makingKalajamun. It is very easy to prepare jamuns but always take care that when you prepare jamun balls, the surface should be plain
Today's recipe is KalaJamun, KalaJamun is almost similar to Gulab Jamun except the color of the Jamun is bit fried dark, tend to be blacking brown that's why it named 'Kala' means Black inHindi
